Tone It Up Bay Area Getaway: Part II


Ok this post is solely dedicated to the food we ate at the Tone It Up Getaway because let me tell you…there was a lot of food! If you missed part one of the recap, you can find it here.

It’s impossible to list all the yummy things we ate but I wanted to share some of the amazing brands that sponsored many of our meals: Suja Juice, Clearly Kombucha, Three Trees, Canyon Bakehouse, Banza, Nada Moo, Hope Hummus, Go Raw Foods, Purely Elizabeth, and more. I know I’m missing a few. The spread was indeed a health blogger’s dream come true.

A few call-outs for my favorites:

Apple Cider Vinegar shots! For the mornings, Lauren made everyone apple cider vinegar shots that were mixed with pineapple juice and a dash of cinnamon. Definitely wakes you up!

Banza chickpea pasta is a surprisingly good substitute for the real thing! Bought some immediately on my next trip to Whole Foods (with the coupons we got in our swag bag) and even hosted a giveaway for free Banza pasta on my Instagram.

Nada Moo Ice cream may be better than Ben & Jerry’s…especially their java chip flavor. You can’t even tell it’s vegan! We were all taking turns eating out of the pint :D.

Oh and you HAVE to try Three Trees cold brew coffee. It’s like a healthy version of Blue Bottle’s New Orleans Iced Coffee. I haven’t seen the cold brew in my local Whole Food’s but they did have the original almond milk which tastes homemade.

Gluten-Free Foccacia bread from Canyon Bakehouse. It’s so chewy, unlike most gluten-free bread products!
